Jeff graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Health Studies and a Masters in Physiotherapy. He spent 5 years practicing in Illinois, Texas and Oklahoma, working in all disciplines and a wide variety of patient populations.

Jeff is originally from Gimli and is married with one daughter. He moved back to Manitoba in 2013 to be closer to family. Outside of work Jeff enjoys the lake, golfing, hiking, hockey, and visiting with friends and family.

Jeff is Full Body Certified in Active Release Technique (ART), with emphasis on Nerve Entrapment. ART is widely utilized in professional athlete populations, marathon runners, and triathletes. ART is a patented, state of the art soft tissue movement based technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. Headaches, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, shoulder pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, knee problems and tennis elbow are just a few of the many conditions that can be resolved quickly and permanently with ART. These conditions all have one important thing in common: they are often a result of overused muscles.

Jeff looks forward to helping you with your health concerns!
